Shipping Policy

Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged a flat rate of £3.99.

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Once dispatched, please allow the following delivery times:

• Standard UK Delivery – 3–5 business days
• Express UK Delivery – 1–2 business days (£5.99)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Whilst we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, there may be times when delays occur due to courier issues or busy periods such as holidays. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed of any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at georgia.king07@hotmail.co.uk within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
